Besides the olive trees, the Barranc was famous in the Soller Valley for its walnut trees and cherry trees. Today there are still some ancestral fruit trees such as 'atzerolers' (Hawthorn, Crataegus azarolus L.) 'nesprers' ( medlar, Mespilus germanica_L.) , 'peremenys' (a local variety of pear tree) and 'serveres' (pict on the right)

The almond trees, fig trees and pines, the hackberry trees, the carob trees also thrive in certain corners.

Two threshing circles at Coll den Sé and Can Pipa remind everyone that under the olive trees everything that was possible was cultivated: cereals and vegetables.
