In the Barranc de Biniaraix, like every year, pruning time has come....

Thanks to the course organized by the Mallorcan Insular Council ,the Association for Sustainable Tramuntana and the Barranc property owners,

• a large number of olive trees have received attention that they had been waiting for for years
• in part of the Barranc the terrace walls once again shine free of the "carritx" (Mauritanian Grass)
• a pile of energy and good humour have traveled up and down the Barranc steps
• the miracle of the traditional way to passing on knowledge has occurred once again
